All customers of MRCWD received a letter from the President of the Board of Directors along with a Newsletter in their statement envelope on Saturday, March 28th, 2020. 
These items detail all the steps our district is using to enforce "Social Distancing" and detail the methods we are using to protect the health of customers and employees. 
If you did not receive these items please call the office at 760-247-9405 to have a new set sent out to you immediately.  You can also find copies of these documents on the website.

We understand you may have concerns regarding COVID-19 (also known as the Coronavirus). As a valued Mariana Ranchos County Water District customer, your health and safety are important to us. The virus primarily spreads from person to person (according to CDC) and may be transmitted through hard surfaces, frequently touched objects, or even currency. Because of this, we encourage limiting face-to-face contact and communicating through electronic and digital systems.

To reduce social interaction, we are asking our customers to conduct business with us through electronic means whenever possible. Some of the easiest tasks to perform electronically are managing your account online and paying bills. In order to minimize potential spread, we are asking those who typically pay with check, cash, or come into the office to make a payment, to consider an alternate way to pay.

If you’d prefer to continue using money orders, checks, or in-office payments, you will need to use the drop box out front.
