Please take a moment and download the necessary forms to get you started.

Please fill out the application in it's entirety. Even the social security and drivers license numbers. This is for your protection as well as ours. If you are a landlord please download and fill out the Owner Responsibility Form.

We currently require a deposit of $75.00 to open a new account. We can waive this requirement if you present us with a credit letter from your previous utility showing 12 months of good payment history. This deposit will be returned to you in 12 months if the new account is kept in good standing with no late payments or disconnections.
